Is it safe to order online? Online shopping is rapidly becoming a worldwide choice for convenient shopping. What is your privacy policy? Your privacy is a top priority for American City Vending, and we strive to offer you the highest possible level of personal privacy. For more information, you can visit our Security and Privacy Statement. What forms of payment do you accept? American City Vending accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express. All prices are stated in U.S. dollars. To view or merchant account, click on "order" anywhere throughout this site. Do we charge sales tax? American City Vending collects and remits sales tax in the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington and Wisconsin. Do we ship to military addresses? American City Vending will ship to APO, FPO and AE destinations, but please allow 6-8 weeks to receive your order. What are the American City Vending shipping options and fees? Can I place an international order through American City Vending? No, not via the Internet. At this time, American City Vending ships to the United States. We do business overseas by phone or in person. I placed an order and selected Next-Day Air. Will this arrive tomorrow? Some in stock items ordered Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) by 2:00 PM EST will be shipped that day. Barring events beyond our control, such as severe weather, your order should arrive the next business day. Please keep in mind that some remote areas of the country may take longer to service. Some of the products I ordered are on back order. Is there an additional charge? No. Your credit card will be charged for in stock items and for shipping. For a back ordered item, we will charge your credit card when we are able to fill your order. There will not be an additional shipping charge. Can I check the status of my order? Yes. In Customer Service, you may track your order by entering your order number and shipping address zip code in an email note. Online tracking will be up and running in a couple of months. Can I cancel my order after it has been submitted? In stock items will be processed for shipping as soon as the order is submitted and cannot be canceled. For out of stock items, please call (888)624-8000 for service. What is your return policy? Rapaerobics offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all American City Vending products. Should you wish to return the item for any reason, you must call (732) 565-9110 to receive an RMA number and must do so prior to the end of the 30th day following shipment of the product by Rapaerobics. After the 30-day period you may only return the product under American City Vending limited warranty terms. All returns must be in the original American City vending packaging and contain all items provided with the product. I need to return a product but I did not purchase from American City vending. Your product should be returned to the original place of purchase. If the product is in warranty and needs to be serviced, please call (888) 624-8000. What is American City Vending warranty? We will send your order confirmation and any updates in e-mail. Why do I need to provide my telephone number? The shipping companies require a phone number in case there is a problem delivering your order. What does "Remember my username" mean? When you login, your browser can "remember" your username. Check the box and you won't have to fill in your username when you come back. (For your protection, we do ask you to re-enter your password.) Important: You should always remember your username and password or write them down and put them in a safe place. How does this work? We do this with something called persistent cookies.
